Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions aim to define the terms and procedures for use, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between ANAKONN INC (hereinafter "Company") and members for the Ankk SNS content automation service (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Service Agreement)

1. Registration

Those who wish to use the Service must apply for membership according to the registration process set by the Company. The service agreement is established upon the Company's approval.

2. Eligibility

Individuals aged 14 or above, or businesses
Social login via Google account

3. Registration Refusal

The Company may refuse registration in the following cases:

Using another person's information
Account previously deleted due to Terms violation
Other registration requirements set by the Company are not met

Article 3 (Service Usage)

1. Service Content

AI-based SNS content auto-generation
Multi-platform SNS auto-publishing (Instagram, Threads, Facebook Page, Bluesky)
Content scheduling and management
Content approval workflow

2. Service Hours

The Service is available 24/7. However, the service may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance, server expansion, or similar reasons.

3. Service Changes

The Company may change the service content and will provide prior notice. However, in urgent cases, notice may be given afterward.

Article 4 (Credits and Payment)

1. Credit System

Credits are deducted when using AI tasks (content generation, image generation, etc.)
Credit consumption per task can be checked on the pricing page within the service
The Company may change credit consumption rates with prior notice

2. Credit Purchase

Credits are charged through admin approval. Credits are charged after an admin confirms the purchase request.

3. Refund Policy

Unused credits are eligible for refund
Refund requests are processed through customer service
Refunds are completed within 14 business days

4. Credit Validity

Credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Article 5 (Content Copyright)

1. AI-Generated Content

2. Member-Provided Information

Copyright of text, images, and other materials provided by members when registering product information belongs to the member. The Company uses them only for service provision purposes.

3. Prohibited Content

Creation and publication of the following types of content is prohibited:

Content that infringes on intellectual property rights such as copyrights and trademarks
Content constituting false or exaggerated advertising
Content promoting illegal products or services
Content against social order such as pornography, violent content, and hate speech

Article 6 (Service Restrictions and Termination)

1. Service Restrictions

The Company may restrict service usage in the following cases:

Violation of these Terms
Actions infringing on the rights of others
Interfering with normal service operations

2. Account Deletion

Members may request account deletion at any time, and the Company will process it within 7 days of the request.

3. Data Processing After Deletion

Personal information is retained and then destroyed according to applicable laws
Generated content and publication records are deleted upon withdrawal
Unused credits are refunded upon request

Article 7 (Disclaimers)

1. Service Interruption

The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or system failures.

2. SNS Platforms

The Company is not liable for publishing failures caused by policy changes or service disruptions of linked SNS platforms.

3. AI-Generated Content

The final responsibility for the accuracy and legality of AI-generated content lies with the member who approved and published it.

Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)

1. Governing Law

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea.

2. Jurisdiction

In case of disputes related to service usage, the court with jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
