Refund Policy

Article 1. General Refund Principles

ANAKONN INC ("Company") processes refunds in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the payment date.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 3 to 10 business days depending on the payment method.

Article 2. Subscription Plan Refunds

1. Monthly Subscriptions

  • A full refund is available within 14 days of payment if the service has not been used.
  • If the service has been used, a prorated refund will be issued for the remaining period.

2. Annual Subscriptions

  • A full refund is available within 14 days of payment if the service has not been used.
  • After 14 days, the refund amount is calculated by deducting the months used at the monthly rate from the total amount paid.

3. Subscription Cancellation

When you cancel a subscription, you will not be charged from the next billing date. You can continue using the service until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation itself does not constitute a refund.

Article 3. Credit Purchase Refunds

  • Unused credits are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • If credits have been partially used, the refund will be the remaining amount after deducting the value of used credits.
  • Bonus credits are excluded from refund calculations.

Article 4. Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request through the in-app support or by email at [email protected].
  2. The Company will review the request within 3 business days of receipt.
  3. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  4. For international payments (via Paddle), refund amounts may differ from the original payment due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Article 5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • More than 14 days have passed since payment and all credits have been used.
  • The account has been restricted or terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Service.
  • Free credits (welcome credits, event credits, etc.).
  • Requests for refunds at full price for payments made with promotions or discounts.

Article 6. Miscellaneous

  • Matters not specified in this Refund Policy shall be governed by applicable consumer protection laws.
  • The Company may update this Refund Policy due to changes in laws or service policies. Changes will be announced through the service.
