Data Deletion Guide

ANAKONN INC (hereinafter "Company") values the privacy of users of the Ankk service (hereinafter "Service"). This page explains how to delete your data.

1. Data Available for Deletion

The following data can be deleted from the service:

Account Information

  • Email address
  • Name (nickname)
  • Profile picture
  • Social login integration information

Service Usage Data

  • Created brands and content
  • SNS account integration information (access tokens)
  • Product information and images
  • Publication history

Automatically Collected Data

  • Service usage records
  • Access logs

2. How to Delete Data

Method 1: Delete Within the Service

  1. Log in to the service.
  2. Navigate to the Settings menu.
  3. In the Account Management section, select Delete Account.
  4. Follow the instructions to complete account deletion.

Deleting your account will permanently remove all data, and this action cannot be undone.

Method 2: Email Request

If you are unable to delete directly, you can request data deletion by emailing [email protected].

3. SNS Integration Removal and Data Deletion

Instagram / Threads

To unlink from Meta platforms (Instagram, Threads):

  1. Unlink the SNS account in the service.
  2. To additionally remove app permissions from Meta:

Bluesky

To unlink Bluesky:

  1. Unlink the Bluesky account in the service.
  2. In the Bluesky app/web, go to App Password Settings and delete the app password created for Ankk.

Note: When unlinking SNS integration, stored access tokens for the respective SNS are immediately deleted. Content already published on the SNS platform must be deleted directly on each platform.

4. Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion by email with the following information:

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Content:

  • Email address used for registration
  • Scope of data to be deleted (entire account or specific data)
  • Additional information for identity verification (if requested)

Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days of receipt, and you will be notified by email upon completion.

5. Information Retained After Deletion

Even after account deletion, certain information must be retained for a period as required by applicable laws:

Once these periods expire, the information is also completely deleted.
