From an AI-written social draft to a confirmed post

External AI tools and scripts can make the first draft faster. They do not finish the operating work for you. Before a post can count as done, someone still needs to review the message, choose the connected channels, set the schedule, and confirm the actual publishing result.

ANKK does not generate content with built-in AI. Use the AI or scripts you already trust to prepare a draft, then use ANKK to manage connected channels, scheduling, publication status, and failures.

Completion means more than sending a request. Treat the work as complete only when the status is published and you have checked the original social post.

Start with one message and one next step

Choose one problem for the post to address and one action for the reader to take. A draft from an external tool is material to review, not an instruction to publish unchanged. The operator remains responsible for the brand message, channel-specific wording, links, media, and final decision.

Review each channel before scheduling

The same idea rarely fits every channel without changes. Check:

• copy length and tone;
• the destination and UTM parameters on each link;
• media, alt text, and how the post will appear; and
• the channel selection and scheduled time.

This is not busywork. It is where a shared message becomes appropriate for each audience and accessible to the people who see it.

Read the status before taking another action

A request can move through several states:

Status	What it tells you
accepted	The request entered validation, storage, and scheduling. It is not proof of publication.
queued	The publishing work is waiting.
publishing	ANKK is attempting to publish to the connected channel.
published	The publishing operation completed. Check the original post.
failed	Something needs attention before you decide whether to correct or retry.

Do not recreate a request that is still in progress. First check its current status and whether any channel has already published it; otherwise, a retry can create duplicate posts.

Make daily checks about exceptions, not everything

A short operating check can focus on today’s scheduled posts, items that show failed or need a connection review, and recently published posts that need an original-post check. If nothing needs attention, move on to the next piece of content.
